📋 Unboxing Guidelines

It is a humble request to all Customers and Resellers to follow these steps:

1. Take a photo from the top of the parcel once received, clearly showing the label. (To Verify Our Shipment)
2. Start unpacking with a 360° view of the parcel first. (To Verify Tampering)
3. Unpacking must be done completely, including all edge-to-edge footage showing all components. (To Verify Contents)
4. The unboxing video must be one continuous, unedited recording — no cuts or breaks. (To Verify Authenticity)
5. Show all items and accessories received clearly in the video. (To Confirm Completeness)

✅ Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Item missing from the order
• Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Valid unboxing video as per above guidelines is mandatory

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

• No unboxing video provided
• Claim raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Product damaged due to customer misuse
• Change of mind or wrong size ordered
